Mentor-MCR Pathways
Become a mentor to support a young person across Ealing borough.
MCR Pathways will apply for a DBS on behalf of successful candidates at no cost for you, and we require 2 references as well. Once a volunteer registers, we will conduct a detailed one to one conversation to find out more about that individual and their life and work experience and hobbies and interest – helping us to identify the best match we can with the young person. Full training is provided during the on-boarding, and also on an ongoing basis via access to both live and online support. We also host periodic peer to peer mentor meetings, to help build a community of volunteers and to provide programme and charity updates
