Become a volunteer mentor -MCR Pathways
To support a young person facing challenges through a 1-2-1 mentoring programme.
No prior experience is required – we say that if you care, you qualify! If you are good at listening and keen to make a difference, you can mentor.
We’ll carefully match you with a young person based on similar likes, background, life experiences.
We will provide excellent training during induction and optional training opportunities throughout the year as well as additional online resources.
We’ll apply for a DBS check at no cost for volunteers.
We have a team dedicated to supporting mentors during their journey (call, ongoing training, additional resources, etc).
