Does your mind feel like it’s spinning a thousand miles an hour? Are you tired of feeling out of balance in your routine but don’t know where to start? Whether you are a total newbie or a ‘lapsed’ yoga practitioner recovering from a setback, you’ve found your starting place.
Life is chaotic. Between work, family, and the mental noise of 2026, it’s easy to feel off-balance. These 4-weeks in May are designed to be your container—a gentle supportive space at the South Ealing YMCA to reclaim your stability.

Ditch the fancy yoga clothes and the cute water bottle. Show up in all your inner and outer ‘chaos’ and step into a weekly routine that will help you root into the centre of life’s storm: learn to be the tree and not the leaf aimlessly being blown around by the wind!
Payal has been teaching in-person Hatha Yoga classes in London for the past 10 years. Her practice is informed by both Western training and guidance from indigenous stewards of the oral tradition. Payal focuses on creating an inclusive, supportive space for students to explore their practice, and she currently leads a friendly community of regulars at her weekly classes.
Meditative and breathing practices, movement and mobility, and an opportunity to slow down, focus your attention, and re-connect with what’s important.
In 4 weeks, you can regain confidence in body, mind, and breath, create rhythm and momentum in your week, and return to a routine that is rooted, calm, and more aligned with your needs. The bonus: being part of a small, compassionate group of yoga lovers!
