Northala Fields parkrun

Fiona, a keen runner who has lived in Ealing for over 30 years, has joined up with parkrun to host weekly runs at Northala Fields. parkrun are a national organisation which can help to arrange free weekly 5km timed running events. It’s a sociable event, open to all runners, including beginners. After each run, participants can meet up for a parkrun coffee at San Remo cafe to share tips and make new running friends.

How you can help

Help organise finish funnel, operate the timer, or scan the runners’ barcodes. All volunteers start with a general marshalling type job.
