Acting Safe in Northolt

Tie-Dye Drama is a London-based arts organisation that uses drama as an inclusive and creative approach to support and uplift communities. Our work centres on building confidence, supporting well-being, and inspiring imagination.

We’re pleased to be delivering this project in partnership with John Chilton School in Northolt as part of the Safer Ealing initiative.

Through this project, we will facilitate a series of engaging, interactive drama sessions tailored for the students. Using storytelling, role play, and creative activities, we’ll explore themes around safety, community, and making positive choices. The workshops are designed to be accessible and inclusive, ensuring all young people can participate in ways that suit them, express themselves, and develop practical skills within a supportive environment.

We believe drama offers a powerful and flexible way for young people to explore real-life topics in a way that feels safe, engaging, and meaningful. This project aims to support students in building confidence, understanding the world around them, and feeling heard and valued. Creating opportunities for self-expression and discussion can have a lasting and positive impact.

We’re especially looking forward to seeing how the young people respond creatively. It’s always inspiring to witness participants grow in confidence, connect with one another, and explore important ideas through drama and play.

Participants will be enrolled via the school for selected classes.
