Ben is the elected ward councillor for Pitshanger. Passionate about making Ealing a safe, vibrant, and inclusive place. As a councillor, he is committed to working with residents, businesses, and community groups to turn good ideas into real improvements.
With a background in community engagement, partnership working, and problem-solving, he has a track record of helping organisations enhance their services by listening to people and acting on their feedback.

Ian is a former councillor and mayor, with strong knowledge of planning policy and systems from his previous experience as the chairperson of Ealing’s Planning Committee.
He is an active member of West Ealing Neighbours and Stop the Towers community groups, and a parishioner at Ealing Abbey.
With a career as a Chartered Management Accountant, Ian has a keen interest in shaping the future of Ealing Town, having previously contributed to the West Ealing Neighbourhood Planning Group.

Connie has been an Ealing resident for many years and proudly serves as councillor for Ealing Common ward since May 2022.
She works closely with residents on council projects and committees to help improve neighbourhood life. Following a successful career as a marketing executive, Connie now supports her husband’s entertainment business while continuing to champion initiatives that strengthen community connections.

Dicle is a data scientist aiming to advance workplace inclusion and diversity.
As a young professional, she volunteers at Ealing Community Café for the London Autism Group Charity and with Your Voice Your Town to make Ealing a friendlier place for all. She also speaks Turkish.

Julian has lived in Ealing for nearly thirty years and was first elected to Ealing Council in 2021. He takes a close and personal interest in residents’ safety, wellbeing and prosperity, and sits on committees covering council accessibility, children’s services and sustainability.
Outside of his council work, Julian is a professional musician—a pianist, conductor and composer of production music used in television and radio around the world.

Glenn is Ealing through and through, having lived in the borough for over 50 years.
With a long professional background in risk management and international insurance, Glenn has served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Risk and Insurance Managers in Commerce since retiring.
Locally, he is a Co-Opted Governor at the University of West London and Vice-Chair of the Hanger Hill Gardens Residents Association. Glenn is a strong advocate for inclusivity, having mentored professionals, led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion workgroups, and advised on Environmental, Social, and Governance frameworks.

Grace serves as a councillor for Walpole ward in Ealing Town. Known professionally as Akuba, she is an award-winning storyteller, writer, poet, editor, educator, and community arts activist.
A former Open University lecturer and British Museum facilitator, she founded WAPPY (Writing, Acting & Publishing Project for Youngsters) in 2008 to nurture young creatives across London.
She created the acclaimed Black History 365 projects for schools and heritage sites, covering figures such as Marcus Garvey, Fela Sowande, and the Windrush generation. With over 30 years of teaching experience, she continues to tutor English and Sociology.
