Ealing is a vibrant and diverse town, known for its leafy streets, beautiful parks, and a strong sense of community spirit. With excellent transport links including the Elizabeth Line and the Central Line, Ealing is well connected while still retaining its distinctive charm. The town centre offers a mix of independent shops, cafés, and cultural landmarks like the Ealing Studios and the historic Town Hall — reminders of Ealing’s proud creative heritage.
People from all walks of life come together here — from faith groups and local volunteers to artists, small business owners, and neighbours who look out for one another. There’s a shared pride in making Ealing an even better place to live: greener, safer, and more inclusive. Whether it’s improving public spaces, hosting local events, or supporting those in need, Ealing’s residents show that this is a town full of ideas, kindness, and local pride.
Your Voice, Your Town is a new way of organising each of the borough’s seven towns. It brings residents, businesses, faith and community organisations, and councillors together to improve their area and make great things happen.

Ealing’s Town Team has 18 members – a diverse mix or people all passionate about Ealing and working together to make real change.
The Ealing Town Team met to decide how they wanted to work together. They established a set of ways of working that shape how they work as a team.
Being a Town Team member is a voluntary role, and each member must sign up to a participation agreement.
The chosen priority by residents for Ealing is Feeling Safe, creating neighbourhoods where everyone feels safe, secure, valued, and connected. We believe safety starts with community: listening to residents, supporting local ideas, and funding projects that make a real difference.
Together, we can build a safer, more inclusive Ealing – one where every voice matters and every resident feels at home.
Through a big engagement process in 2024 and 2025, local residents, businesses, faith and community organisation shared their insights about the brilliant things already happening in Ealing and their ideas to make things even better. Through this process people voted for making Ealing ‘feeling safe’ the top priority. Local people also shared what ‘feeling safe’ meant to them.
Over the last 6 months, Ealing’s Town Team, has taken the insights from this process and created a local community fund – to support great ideas big or small – to respond to this priority. The Ealing Town Team wanted to define a vision for change, that captured the vibrancy and brilliance of Ealing.
“Together, we can build a safer, more inclusive Ealing – one where every voice matters and every resident feels at home.”
They want all projects funded to contribute to this vision for change.
Ealing Town has up to £120,000 to fund great ideas.
Applications for the community fund will open shortly and close on Friday 16th January 2026 at 11:59 pm.
