For Ealing Climate Week, this is an opportunity for children to design and create clothes or accessories using recycled, upcycled, and scrap fabrics for their teddy bears. The goal is to spark creativity, teach sustainable fashion, and show that old materials can become something beautiful and new. The focus is on fun, sustainability, and reducing textile waste.

Key Sustainability Elements to include in design.

• Materials:
  • Old clothes, curtains, pillowcases, or fabric scraps
  • Buttons, ribbons, and trims salvaged from worn-out garments.
  • Natural fibre fabrics (cotton, linen, wool) over synthetics
