The Monday Club at St Gabriel’s takes place on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month.

1st Monday of the month

Enjoy a gentle and accessible Chair Yoga session, suitable for all abilities.

3rd Monday of the month

Take part in a variety of enjoyable activities, including:

• Arts and crafts
• Music
• Reminiscence and memorabilia sessions
• Other community-led activities

Refreshments are served at every session, and optional donations are welcome to help support the club.

Monday Club is a wonderful way to start the week, bringing people together in a friendly and welcoming environment. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, background, or experience.
