What is this event?
This event is a free, fun and inclusive music workshop for families to enjoy singing together in a relaxed and supportive setting led by our friendly and expert LYC team. Suitable for absolute beginners!
Who can take part?
The LYC Family Singalong is open to anyone in school years 3-6 (ages 6-11) and their families – younger siblings, adult guardians, parents, grandparents and carers. Bring along your friends too! Adults must accompany ALL children and are responsible for them on the day. But you must book at the free booking link: FREE BOOKING
What will it be like?
The LYC Family Singalong will be friendly and welcoming – no experience of singing is necessary! There will be warm-up activities, fun songs to try out and you’ll get to meet other children from your area. If you enjoy the workshop and would like to join one of our local LYC choirs, there will be information on the day on how to join and we will be in touch after the session and available if you have any questions. There will be a break with FREE soft drinks, fruit, cake and biscuits.
