Join The Healthy Ealing Team (HET) and community partners at the Black Health In-Reach Launch on the 26th March, 10am-4pm, at West Acton Community Centre!
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our wellbeing day, featuring open discussion and co-production, free health testing and information, free food and drink as well as opportunities to connect with community organisations and local partners.
