Come for a vibrant and active community day at Western Road Urban Garden! GoodGym Ealing is teaming up with Southall Community Alliance to bring you a morning of fresh air, light exercise, and hands-on food growing at one of Southall’s incredibly transformed green spaces. Whether you’re a regular gardener or just curious, everyone is welcome to drop in and get involved.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Take part in gardening and food-growing tasks
• Enjoy a bit of exercise in a friendly setting

Soak up the atmosphere – with optional refreshments!

What to bring:  Gardening gloves (if you have them) and enthusiasm
