Autumn Wellbeing Even- Cape

Cape invites you to the Autumn Wellbeing Event, free to attend, where there will be NHS services offering stop smoking support and physical health checks including blood pressure and blood sugar. Spectra is providing rapid sexual health testing, advice, and guidance around sexual and menstrual health. In addition we have wellness and expression workshops including art therapy, yoga, and poetry which will allow you to release tension in a creative form. Our aim is to bring services to you in one space, as we understand how difficult it can be to get support in different areas.

Cape is a mental health charity based in Ealing, providing long term, one to one strengths-based psychological sessions, psychotherapy, therapeutic groups and community events, all free of charge. We support those with complex mental health live more fulfilled lives. We also do the Severe Mental Illness (SMI) Project, where we work from GP surgeries to support SMI patients access their physical health checks, with the aim of reducing barriers between mental and physical health, and reduce health inequalities.
