Celebrate a historic milestone with the official launch of Afghan Radio UK (Voice of the Mountains), the UK’s first ever Afghan radio station broadcasting on DAB in West London, delivering news, culture, music and community voices in Farsi, Dari, Pashto and English.

We have recently been granted our Ofcom License.

The Radio will soon be available on smart speakers, its official website, Radioplayer, and TuneIn, ensuring easy access for listeners across the UK and worldwide.

At a time when Afghan communities across the UK seek connection, representation and reliable information, this station will serve as a vital hub—promoting cultural heritage, amplifying diverse perspectives, and strengthening community cohesion.

This event is taking place in Hounslow, but open to residents of Ealing.
