HSENA Family & SEND Services CIC is a specialist community organisation supporting children, young people, women, girls, and families affected by Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), school exclusion, and social inequality.

We provide SEND-informed tuition, mentoring, and emotional wellbeing support for children and young people experiencing school avoidance, anxiety, and behavioural challenges. We also deliver advocacy and EHCP support, helping families navigate education systems and access the right support for their children.

HSENA supports young carers, women, and girls through mentoring, wellbeing programmes, and culturally sensitive support, particularly for families from underserved and hard-to-reach communities.

In the past year alone, HSENA has supported over 70 families, including 55 SEND children and young people, and helped address school avoidance, emotional wellbeing, and early intervention needs.

We are an approved Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) provider and are working in partnership with our Local Authority to expand provision, including wraparound childcare and Short Breaks, following Ofsted registration and premises confirmation.

As a Community Interest Company, HSENA focuses on early intervention, prevention, and long-term positive outcomes, ensuring vulnerable children, young people, women, and families receive the support they need to thrive.
