Pride in Our School Streets – Southall Litter Action

Pride in Our School Streets – Southall Litter Action Project will improve cleanliness around our school, Tudor Primary, and its surrounding streets in Southall by tackling littering, promoting environmental education, and encouraging long-term behaviour change.

The project will deliver:
Monthly community litter pick events
A “Clean School Streets Day” launch event
Educational workshops for pupils
A student poster and slogan competition

The project is needed because litter is particularly visible during school drop-off and pick-up times. Food packaging, drink containers, and general waste accumulate on pavements and near shopfronts, creating an untidy and unpleasant environment.
