A.P.P.L.E. Make It Green, Make It Better
Ongoing Project
A.P.P.L.E. have begun their very exciting Make It Green, Make It Better project!
A.P.P.L.E. is open to all children, young people and their families. We run free open-access activities every Saturday during the school term and every weekday during the school holidays (1:00 – 5:00pm).
Each month A.P.P.L.E. will be running two art sessions working on the art work across Acton Park, with the aim of making our park more welcoming and exciting!
Alongside this we will be hosting six community events over the next 12 months, with event ideas coming from our members and their parents. So far we have hosted a puppet show and tea party , and a Spring Planting Day.
Our our next event is ‘Volunteer Gardening Session’ on Monday 6th July from 4 -6pm. Come along and help us in the garden and find out more about our growing project
