A.P.P.L.E. Make It Green, Make It Better
Ongoing Project
A.P.P.L.E. have begun their very exciting Make It Green, Make It Better project!
Each month A.P.P.L.E. will be running two art sessions working on the art work across Acton Park, with the aim of making our park more welcoming and exciting!
Alongside this we will be hosting six community events over the next 12 months, with event ideas coming from our members and their parents. So far we have hosted a puppet show and tea party which was very popular, and we have our next event, a Spring Planting Day, coming up on the 16th May.
We will be decorating plant pots, planting flowers, playing lots of sports and games, and more! Join us for a day of fun for children and young people, from 1pm until 5pm.
A.P.P.L.E. are open to all children, young people and their families. We run free open-access activities every Saturday during the school term and every weekday during the school holidays (1:00 – 5:00pm).
Join us at our upcoming planting day, and if you have any community event ideas you would like to see, do pop-in and speak to a member of staff.
