Assistant Skate Coach-Rolladome
We are seeking experienced and motivated Assistant Skate Coaches to support the delivery of high-quality roller sports
sessions across our venues and programmes. This role is ideal for confident skaters with coaching experience,
particularly those who have worked with children and young people.
You will assist Lead Coaches in delivering engaging sessions across various skating disciplines and play a key role in
fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants.

Essential Skills
- Support the delivery of structured roller sports sessions across multiple venues.
- Assist with teaching participants of all ages and abilities in a range of skating disciplines (e.g., recreational skating, inline hockey, roller dance).
Desirable Skills
- Help develop participants’ confidence, skills, and understanding of roller sports.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants at all times, following safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
